"Through our partnership with Vanderbilt University, Vanderbilt Parking provides parking access for our residents. We highly encourage Vanderbilt Graduate students to purchase an annual pass, as this not only allows you to park near the property, but in multiple designated lots across Vanderbilt's campus. The closest garage to The Broadview is Terrace Place Garage, which is normally not open to the general public, and is just a one minute walk across the street. Residents will be able to purchase parking in the Terrace Garage through Vanderbilt Parking Services. We do offer parking for non-Vanderbilt graduate students who are residents of the Broadview. Residents will need to go in person to the Vanderbilt Parking Services office to acquire a parking pass for Terrace Place Garage.
